You didn't hang around the Seaford Surf Lifesaving Club at all did you? I had many good nights DJ'ing there in the 80's....:D

A little off topic.
I worked with a fellow who used to pick up at the night clubs. Sometimes he got lucky, sometimes he didn't.
One night, he picked up. Was invited back to her place, did the deed, then went home.
He was awoken in the morning by the police pounding on the door. He was charged with rape. Don't know what happened to him but I heard she was a single mum and was paid $10,000 as a "victim of crime".
Are people defending Rolf here. That is the message I am getting.
Neither.
As far as I can see this is a discussion of the difficult and murky nature of dealing with one of humanities most appalling crimes.
As in taking advantage for your own selfishness. With no regard for the person. Who is Vunrabil
No. I'm not getting that message.
He was found to be guilty by a jury of his peers.
Rolf is a dirty old man.
I think another message that may be getting out is there may be a few "people who are crying victim", who should really be looking at their own behavior, and are thinking "I can get a cut of that pie".
Mind you, things like removing artwork is "Knee jerk reaction" and rather pointless.
Why?. I am sure most of the establishment would have had a decision already in hand if he was found guilty. Most of his victims were very young one was 8 that is not a groupie. Different situations. The things people will do for money is a different argument in my opinion.
