Mika came after our Golden Ret Shadow died recently. Poor fellow was the only one of my family not to survive a car crash, Bike crash or similar. Happily I was with him holding him as he left. Put a tear or two in the eyes typing that.Quote:

My Vet nurse daughter & I took Pip for his last visit to the Vet's this morning . Since my last post a week ago he had developed multipool tumours on his chest & legs & the one on his foot had doubled in size after having a needle biopsy done on the one on his foot . It was so nice for my daughter to be there with me , I could never have done it by my self .
I would like to thanks those of you who helped me with my decision . Thank You.
Deepest condolences, but you know you've done the kindest thing.

Totally get that's the hardest thing to do , my old girl lasted nearly 16 years too , condolences to you, such a bastard they can't stay longer but then at what point do you say it's time to go? there would never be a good time .Quote:
