Hi,
Sid, 2011, RIP old friend .
Cheers Attachment 189280
Had to say goodbye to Lincoln today. Kept him comfortable for s long as possible. To prolong the inevitable, for our gratification, would have been heartless. Attachment 189282
RIP old mate, you were such a great friend.
Bugger - sorry to hear Ian - always hard. ☹️
That is no good,Ian.
Been there a few times, difficult to do,but as you said it is for the best.
Just gotta think of the good times.
I still think of our last girl nearly every day, dogs just don't seem to live long enough[bigsad]
Not wrong. Bloody dogs. Still miss the bloke I lost 35 years ago. And the ones since.
Yes, we do. I have just got a little tired of people and pets dying around me. I have resisted getting another mutt because of that, and the limits they place on where you can go. Negative attitude, I know. I also worry that it would be me leaving him/her. I know dogs can adapt, better than us in many ways, but it still sucks.
Bloody dogs. Having one around would be good atm.
