Had to get our 13-year-old boxer called Hope put down recently as she had an incurable infection and was getting more miserable by the day. Very sad time.
Still got the wife's mini-foxy, affectionately known as 'The Rat' in the family. Healthy as.

Just had Snoopy to the vet again today, thought he had a bowel blockage as he was trying to go for over 15 mins last night. Picked him up to take him to bed and he yelped loudly when I touched his tummy. Very sleepless night had by me with worry. He had xray and was cleared, so no blockage. Wallet was emptied when I picked him up to the tune of almost $500. Well worth every cent!! Might get some sleep tonight
. Love my little mate
. (Don't tell him I said little)
Cheers Rod

This is Pip (Pipkin) our 7 year old Coker Spaniel. The 1st photo is before his clip last week & the 2nd is him hiding after his clip , as soon as I get the camera out he is off doesn't like getting his photo taken, the 3rd he is bored with me trying to get his photo. Took about 25 photo's just to get these 3.
He has feet like a camel.

I took Snoopy to the vet again today for an operation on his left eye. Problem has been ongoing for about 5 weeks now with a fair amount of expenditure. I hope he's gonna be ok. Miss the little bugga. Waiting patiently for a call. They said they will give him a dental clean while he's under. Hopefully he will come back with a shiny new smile
. My plastic card will be floating again to the tune of about $1500
. Pity he's too old to get insurance
. No expense spared for my furry mate. Love him to bits.
Cheers Rod
