    Queenslands new speed control device

    queenslands transport department today put its new speed control device on the road in the first of its trials leading up to the xmas new year break, aimed at reducing the overall speed of traffic on busy motorways it acts like a rolling road block ,taking lessons learnt from the hoons on the gold coast,this device travels at relativly slow speeds and "bottlenecks"the traffic behind it,thereby slowing the traffic down from the absurd high speeds that some motorists drive at,reducing the risk of high speed accidents,for more pics see below,
