I don't see what all the frothing is about these compressors!
Whether its the dr air, the tigerz, ebay spec, or aldi spec, they are all sourced out of china.

Look familiar?! :p
NB - from seller:
Min. Order: 200 Pieces FOB Price: US$59~63 / Piece
So that's what... $67 AUD each?
For a 'normal' retail markup of 30% GM, you're looking at a sell price of $95 bucks. Sure there would be import duty and fees for the dock / containers etc... but still cheap.
The point is
Aldi, with their buying power, would be buying in bulk. They would be paying FAR LESS than the 59 USD per unit, and still making a kick-ass margin on their goods.
If these things really are that desirable, then someone just needs to outlay some capital, import a bulk lot, and turn it around for some coin. Or someone could do a AULRO group buy and get a collective price.
TA, you are correct, they are the same.
The point is that Aldi are the ones retailing them the cheapest.
Are you volunteering to buy 200 and hope?
Took mine back and got a refund....it wouldn't blow up a tyre
Was severely tempted by the hi lift jack for $89 and the Bosch 40 watt solar folding for $179 but didn't want to spend that much at the moment. Would have bought sand ladders for about $80 if they hadn't sold out. So only got a set of dirt catcher floor mats for $16. They had several winches left for $350. Went home and told the Navigator she should be proud of me for resisting temptation. She asked why I wanted that stuff anyway...

I think there was a part missing where it connects to the tyre valve, all good though as it was a bit too big for where I wanted to keep it.
Debating now whether to get the hi lift jack instead and if I'd ever use it.
Would not be hard to rustle up an order on here for a modest quantity. Could probably even brand them with the aulro logo. Would not be near the aldi price, but probably competitive with the other options out there (sub 200). This kind of product looks very appealing when there is no retail Mark up on it and you buy direct from the manufacturer.
The real issue is that the aldi offering is not a stocked line. They cannot meet demand at that price, and you cannot buy at that price every day.
Bringing an order together on a cash up front basis would eliminate any issues with capital and allow buying power greater than that of the individual alone.
Mine works sweet pumped up the pidly 205/16 tyre in no time from dead flat
