Good shotguns tend to be expensive but GOOD ones generally mainatin a fairly good resale value if cared for properly.
Ex-Militray rifles, hwoever, are much cheaper because they are totally under-rated by people. My mate's 7mm Mauser is as accurate as all heck (Kind of handy for shooting Poms and Aussies in Praetoria) and opnly cost him $250.00. An absolute bargain compared to a new $1200 sporting rifle.....
