If there's any doubt about our ability to get to the moon it will be demonstrated in the race to get helium 3.

That reminds me, I there are any SciFi fans reading this, there was a very good low budget film, Moon, which was about a helium 3 mining operation.

...there you are conspiracy theorists, they're already rolling out the fake helium 3 mining footage. There will have to be fake helium 3 reactor footage...fake footage of consumers using the electricity...fake meltdowns.
