I've had my300 TDI auto D1 for about 15 months now, had all the usual ups and downs. Having no mechanical knowledge I have been slowly going through the bits and pieces needing doing. New timing belt, exhaust gaskets, tappets, caps, changed all the fluids etc etc etc. a list as long as your arm. Vehicle now appears to be going well, but I have nothing to compare it with. Compared with my other vehicles it's terrible.
I was hoping someone in Adelaide with more experience than me on these vehicles would meet up with me somewhere convenient to both of us and. Let me know how this vehicle is In comparison to others.
I could take it to mechanic but looking for unbiased opinion.
