The crew on the TV show mythbusters, on discovery channel looked into this, they found that the cd's were more prone to exploding or breaking up when they were hot. Matt

and most cd players run very hot.

dangerous little suckers...

I reckon the odds are pretty slim,,,

just think about how many disc's are spinning around out there,,,
