A decision has been made after much soul searching by Dave and by the 1st of January everyone who is a current user has a choice to make whether they support the changes which will cost less than a $1 a month to keep the forum viable or accept restricted access or walk away.

The choice Eevo is yours to make.

I don't run an adblocker, but it dosent worry me anyway as I pay no attention To advertising:p

I've only recently started using this forum, and I've been using various forums over the years. This will be the first forum I've been a part of that's going to a full user pays system. I'm still on the fence which way I'm going to go, but I do understand the reasons why it must go this way

charging users will mean less users.

I'm more than happy with the proposed changes. Been a subscriber for a while now.
This forum is a wonderful resource for us L/R owners as well as a place at which you can ask advice on nearly every subject imaginable. And seek a shoulder to lean on....;)

So if someone rings you to ask for help you will refuse because you have been charged either for the mobile phone or for the landline. :p

My reading of the changes is that it isn't a full user pays.

Regular User
System moves you to this access level after 3 months
Cost = $0 You have limited access to systems features
No Access to the Personal Message System
No Signature
No Access to Extra features
