Plenty of concrete I think would work. They support the weight of several containers stacked on top of each on ships fully loaded. I know the weight is born mostly on the sides of the box but I a re-enforced concrete slab would not be a problem I wouldn't think. It is really only supporting a maximum span of 2.4 metres the width of one container at a time. It would need to be properly engineered of course to get council approval. That is if they would approve such a thing. Never looked into that bit.
To help with your "Helpful" suggestions some Foto's to Peruse. Those from the Westy side of the Lake will note the steel frame to prevent shed being stolen.
And to thoroughly confuse them the front doors will open sideways so as not to lose headroom for the boat.
The front door is 3.0mtr clearance x 3.8mtrs wide at columns.this goes back 6.0mtrs to accomodate the boat for finishing its rebuilt also after the black D2a is finished.
