The Macallan. Sublime at 12 YO, superb at 18, and absolute nectar at 25, although, at the price, it needs to be. if you have anything approaching a palate you have to try it.

Can I ask a silly question?

This section is a sticky on the setting up of the sealed CA section. I see nothing in this current line of discussion that relates to the secret squirrel type of stuff or something that needs to be in a sticky - seems to be normal everyday type of discussion that we have in General Chat - so what am I missing here?
