    Earthquake in South east Melbourne

Hi this is Heather, Did anyone wake up by the earthquake this morning at 6.05 am. I did, there would have to be a bomb go off to wake up the men in this house. I woke up and new what it was but Mario and my 2 sons where sound asleep. It was 3.2 and hit between Pakenham and Berwick

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

    Hi Heather,
Yep felt here. Distant deep rumbling sound for about five seconds, then the House started to rock and roll. Then the rumbling continued.

Thanks for that Bob. Having gone through the Newcastle earthquake in 1989, I naturally had a look at what they had to say about it.

Who was slinging off at Queensland the other day, over a bit of a storm?

I'm pleased nobody seems to have been affected.

I have that site in my favourites, it's fascinating to connect the dots, world wide. I'm trying to see if there is a connection between a lot of little ones, leading to a big one. Not quite smart enough to work it out yet, but it keeps me off the street, Bob

I don't get out of bed for anything below 6.0

But I do check the smoke level from the Volcano every morning,
By all means get a Defender. If you get a good one, you'll be happy. If you get a bad one, you'll become a philosopher.

A 3.2 shake is just a talking point, unlike Qld's damaging weather.

I think you would have got out of bed for a 5.7 jobbie, such as the Newcastle quake!!!
