I didn;t get a free winch but then again I have a firm policy of NOT doing unpaid overtime.

But that policy can't lose me my job - I work for the gummint.

No i was looking at buying a VN commodore a few years ago, they had the free fuel deal going. When i tried to bargain he said the only way he could drop the price was to take the free fuel off. Needless to say i said shove it. The look on his face when i pulled up a month later in a VP, to put $5 worth of fuel in was priceless, he didnt think i was for real, when i was looking at the car. Know that feeling. The department wont give us over time. Going to the Royal Easter Show with a heap of kids next week (i wouldnt go otherwise) train leaves at 6:50 and gets back into lithgow 12hrs later, long day, costs all covered by myself and not a cent from the DET. Matt

You have to be in the right place at the right time





Free - apparently used to be on a police cruiser (not hot free though)

Total cost was around $250 after modification of bullbar and wiring.

i think you got ripped off!!
there was a yota with two winches and you got the hand winch?


so if you put both your hands up would you have got the warn?
