    You are making a good choice at Beaudesert.

    It's a fully rural community with all modern facilities very close.....Gold Coast...Brisbane... and just far enough out of sight to get the raised eyebrows when you say where you live.

    It's a great area with access to some really good 4wd tracks and parks.

    And......you get to become a Queenslander (after about 20yrs) and no daylight saving.

    Phew! Plenty of time then, I didn't want to miss the boat on this one. I'll leave it til next year then .

    Guinness will have to revise all their highest mountain figures many times over the ensuing flood, as they are asl relative (above sea level).

    So does this advice comes with a 'Sell' recommendation on Gold Coast apartments?
