    Thumbs up More thankyous....

I have been a member on here for quite some time, and even a mod for a bit, and during that time a few personal , work and family issues have reared their ugly heads. I have to say that at times when I was in need of some advice, an ear to listen, and even just a phone call to have a much needed chat I am indebted to those fellow members who were there to help and continue to do so. Landyandy, pedro the swifty one, diana lotzalandies, and as previously mentioned the bearman brian, have really shown friendship and support in droves when most needed. There are quite a few members also here that I have formed what I expect will be lifelong associations with, and many, many customers and aquaintances. Never did I think that clicking on the membership application all those years ago would have had such a result!

Honestly if anyone was thinking that this is just a forum for a few landy owning nutters, they couldn't be more wrong.

So a huge, grateful thankyou to all the above, and of course for dave for putting up with us all, and doing his thing. :-)

Justin, I have said many times, that AULRO it is not a forum it is a community and there is no way that we can put a price on the camaraderie and friendship on it.

Spot on Justin. Have made many friends myself from this place and from what others have told me about you, I am hoping one day we will meet and hopefully add you to that list.

This place is just the best and I will also add my thanks to Inc for such a wonderful job.
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."

Di and I were lucky enough to spend Christmas caravaning with Justin and Family and it was like meeting an old school buddy, the park owner wondered why these two old farts were hugging
We set up Santas Landing Lights on the van awning on Christmas Eve only for JC to say, "we dont celebrate Christmas,, we're nice to people all year round"
Well Aulroians, you'll be glad to know Santa DID find the Cooper Family and a great Chrissy Day was had by all!

i can say I know where Justin is coming from, over recent years I haven't been as active as I once was but I have say that even friends I made on here since I joined in 2004 are still friends and whilst I don't see them as often as I like we can still chat like the best of mates when I do see them. This places do the many members have taught me all I know about Land Rovers and many other topics and for that I am always grateful even if I don't directly express it.
