    Bust out your Rover V8s, petrol is down to double digits!!

    I just filled up for 98.9cpl. Little bit excited as I don't think I've ever paid under $1.00 since I got my licence eight years ago. That said I get the feeling it won't last and the retailer margin is going to go up for no other reason than because it can.

    Diesel's finally coming down now too. I was tempted to use the V8 while the difference was 30cpl but it's now down to less than 10cpl difference in SW Sydney - 110.9 yesterday.

    After being used to $139.9 a litre for diesel up around Caboolture Qld,was happy to put $50 in @ $117.9 today at Kipparing, on the way back from M.R.Autos

    Nothing even close to a dollar round here that I've seen. Paid $1.30 for petrol and $1.28 for diesel a couple of days ago. (Diesel cheaper than petrol!)
