There has, as yet, to be one FACTUAL piece of any info at all, on the "new" Defender.
Pickles.
Wasn't a bad photoshop effort in my opinion. Will probably look nothing like that though.
But then again it might.
Doge Nitro ugly.
Or one those angry Thomas The Tank engines, YUK
That's bloody ghastly
Not for me a meterosexual, designer stubbled pimps car. But each to their own.
I've no intention, (nor money) of replacing my Defender anyway.

Well , certainly for us.
I think Land Rover are doing a fantastic job of the old 'loose lips sink ships' thing.
I have a feeling they are going to stun the world with this vehicle , like they did with the original Range Rover.
There was very little fanfare prior to the Rangies release but it blew peoples minds when they first drove it.
Interestingly, in light of that last comment, it has occurred to me recently that the present Landrover company is looking a lot like the Rover company did at the time the Range Rover was introduced. That is, while backed by a much larger company, still acting as an innovative and effective independent.
The Range Rover was the last act of this old Rover company, and by the time the S3 was released, the screws were well and truly on the company. But so far at least, there are no signs of Tata following the Leyland route. Of course, the circumstances are very different - there is no longer a long list of other manufacturers in the UK to gobble up and make a mess of.
