A very smart lady, good for her. However, creek rising, heavy rain, the sensible thing to do would have been stay in town until the morning. Especially with small children. Just my opinion, Bob

Glad it all ended OK. No point taking risks.
We don't build bridges, just have cause ways and park the cars on the road side of the creek before it floods. Then use one of the tractors to get across and away we go!

Good decisions, now is the time to review, and analysis how things went and look at things to change. Possibly depth markers fixed. Well done for the decisions on the day. The best thing is to review without criticism just assessment and make improvements. Again well done.
