Just wondering, I grew up there when the entire suburb consisted of about 20 houses and the school opened for its first year, used to be surrounded by bush where we spent all our time, must pop in next time I'm down for a trip down memory lane.

An old but very relevant thread revival.
Whilst heading to the Sandstone Point pub yesterday, at the Godwin Beach r-a-b, I spotted a white D1 which I assumed had an AULRO spare tyre cover so I gave a very big wave.
Blow me down, on the way home, just before the aforementioned r-a-b, I saw the same vehicle & "Yes" it did have an AULRO cover. Another big wave & still no response.
Inc, have I done something wrong or did you think I was someone down from the Sunny Coast[bigwhistle]
