No plans to antagonise him, would prefer to make friends. He's not like a complete knob. He is a family man with missus and kids. He just doesn't get what I do. They own a Captiva and Berina and they both fit in his garage. He doesn't know cars or get why people would work on them themselves.
If you need to contact me please email homestarrunnerau@gmail.com - thanks - Gav.

Ah! A Craptiva. A common interest.
He's probably not interested in his and you're not interested in yours.

at the very most complain about his dog barking at night but even that is childish, stand still in the storm and just cover your ass. i doubt he is going to change and nor are you so it is what it is. if you do any thing to him he is just going to get more bitter and twisted. you do not want to spend your nights thinking about what he is going to do or what you are going to do nor do you want him spending his nights thinking about what he can do or worrying about what you are going to do.

so what i am saying is be a man, show nothing and do nothing and that way you win.

I actually agree with you, must be getting old. Childish crap, really. Bob
I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

    Now Gav

Seeing as the council has not yet had a look at your place and you are cleaning the place up, I can't see this going any further, especially concidering this has only been a tempory thing and is cleaned up every time.

    Fence hight

Hi bacicat, as a general rule regarding fence height, side fences can be a maximum height of 1.8 mts upon application to council you can have a higher fence to what they consider to be a reasonable height, this incurs a fee
In regards to front fence 1.2 mts for front fence (maximum) but again it can also be up to 1.8 mts at council discursion and of course a fee, that's providing your front fence dose not obscure traffic vision e.g. on a corner
