Be very, very careful of how you respond to a neighbor such as you have.

Even though you have not and do not present as a threat to him your neighbour could take it into his head to have an Intervention Order made out against you. He doesn't have to prove anything in the first instance either - it will automatically be granted.

When it goes to court as it must for either confirmation or dismissal as frivolous and unsubstantiated you will still have a permanent record of having an IO issued against you. This can have far reaching effects on your future - think employment etc.

Keep your head down, don't respond and keep a diary of events. This may prove to be a very useful defensive tool later on if matters become ugly.

    Good luck!

So what time do we bring around the grinders, drills, dogs, boom box, BBQ, and beer for a LR community repair session.

Your neighbour sounds a bit like my brother inlaw - who co-incidently lives in Sunbury, and would be one to complain about a neighbour to council, but I know it is not him as the only lady in his street is when I bring the Disco to visit.

    Exactly.
And if things escalate at all and he vindictively took out an AVO against you any ownership of firearms becomes a no-no.

Its not worth doing anything to antagonise a person like this.

They cannot stop you having registerd or un registered cars on your property only on council land. The only thing they can do is maybe do something if they are wrecks causing an eyesore.
