Anyone have pictures of the Bicentennary Counties, weren't they configured as a 5th wheeler?

How come Hiluxes can't be used for 5th wheelers?

Most probably because the chassis rails aren't up to requirements. "Unbreakable" is marketing, not real life.

It actually depends on the GCM of the vehicle and how much weight you can transfer from the trailer to the truck. Hiluxes only have a 3 ton towing capacity anyway so there isnt the benefit that you would get from a f250 with a higher GCM.
Ford and holden utes do not have a high enough GCM to make a 5th wheel viable.
Seems fifth wheel trailers start to come into their own after the trailer goes over 3.5 tonnes as this is the limit of a normal towbar.
