We seem to be copping a bit of rain now, two solid days of it. Not flood type rain but good soaking stuff.

2:: Queensland Urban Utilities - Sewer Pump Station Upgrade Bob it's called a pumping station, (this one in your burb is having an upgrade just like another one in hall at did a few years ago)usually at the areas lowest point, as even Brighton residents effluent flows downhill, ;) and when the lowest point gets under water electric pumps usually don't like it.
3: it called having a laugh, .its like saying NSW has the best pollies money can buy, whose money is the question.
P.s certain chemicals and heavy metals build up from eating certain types of food, so take care. :D
My yard is so wet that when I went to mow the grass just out from my back steps the Victa got bogged, but by going very slowly I got it down, just so it can start to dry out,the table drain out front still has water lying in itnot flowing down the slope,so that gives me an idea as to how high the watertable is,I guess it will be a fortnight before it all drains into the farm's dam.
I was very pleased today as we have sunshine most of the day, got a load of washing dried and the yard is showing signs of drying, tomorrow I will try the rest of the yard with the Greenfield
was lovely weather at wattlemere...
no sewers popped manholes either...
This explains it fairly well, Bob
