Haven't been there, but I believe it is up Blue Tiers Rd near a junction.
Poimena is close by.

At Lottah, 100m or thereabouts SW of the junction of Lottah Rd and Anchor Rd - down a not much used narow bush track.
If you manage to get there some time, take a small amount of water with you and dribble it into the fountain then sit back and enjoy the music.
