No need to assume anything Baz, it's at the last/long already given, with typo correction to latitude, thanks to Bushie. The actual entrance to the cave is only about 3m from Bells Line of Road.

Edit: Roger the Lat is incorrect for the cave. 33deg rather than 32deg

I thought it was the one at Hanging Rock but on closer inspection it is isn't. Right again Martyn

Re the fire tower, is it the one adjacent to the Lobs Hole Powerline or Ravine track in Cabramurra area? I can't recall the name though and can't locate my photo of it when I was there about 20yrs ago.
