The pub is just behind the jetty (as you look from the water along the jetty) and its the place where my Clan arrived in Australia many years ago...

CAMPBELL landing is nearby :)
My fathers was the last generation on our side but has cousins still in the area.. we scattered dads ashes up above streaky at nunjikompita (Pinjarra station)

Correct Streaky Bay it is and yes a lovely place, thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Very Close, but Penong is 20km from the coast,

Point Sinclair, Cactus Beach.

Was thinking the same thing. We were heading that way last time when I had car problems, so we returned to Melb. It seems all along the SA coast is nice although somewhat windy.

I'm not at my comp, just on the phone so I can't post a pic till tonight. If someone wants to put something up in the meantime, go for it.
