    This one seems to have us all a bit stumped.

    The background indicates that it's in fairly steep country. I'm not sure but it looks like a water wheel and if it's associated with mining (driving a stamper battery or whatever) I guess there could be a water race to drive it I haven't a clue regarding location though except that, due to the munufacturer, it may be in Victoria.

    Maybe confirmation or otherwise of some of the above may get us a bit closer - or maybe it's time for a more relevant clue.

    Getting close, it is in Victoria, it was used at a gold mine, it is a water wheel and it is in the Gippsland area but not in Walhalla.
