Looks more like "sometimes not so shallow crossing"
Although normally a shallow crossing - and BTW that's not it's name and there's no number associated with it's name either - I have seen it, or rather been there when there was five meters of water over it. :o
For your first clue - The flow here contributes to the Sydney water supply.
The only one I can think of (but is been nearly 20 years) is the crossing at Murphys Flat (near Yerranderrie), but its class 1 catchment so a bit restricted.

Not Murphy's Flat Martyn and not in restricted catchment.
It's not even part of the primary Sydney water supply catchment. Think of the supplementary catchment that was added in the seventies.
Stewarts Crossing on the Shoalhaven (near Charleyong)

Apologies, bit late with this one
