I don't know the airfield, but that must have been a heavy landing.

It doesn't fly. for obvious reasons, it is a restoration project though runs beautifuly:)

Get a photo sharing site like photobucket, flicker, down load your pics and share :)

Or use the 'Manage Attachments' button in the section underneath the box where you type a reply to a thread. That uploads the photo as a file to this site as an attachment for members to see.

That was of course meant tongue in cheek, but thanks for posting that photo. After I saw it I did a bit of googling and found out a bit more about the restoration project (and found Caboolture as well, but too late). It's so good to see more of these warbirds being restored - they're such important parts of our history.

I've really enjoyed this thread, it's taken me to so many new places.
