Have never seen the house, but the area looks similar to Cape Leeuwin.

Well somebody has been paying attention.
Yes,Lynton Station Port Gregory.
It was a convict hiring depot,they got it all set up in 3 years then let it go.
The "I" in the King and I spent some time at the settlement.
