Yep, we loved it there, in fact the whole of Limmen was pretty amazing. Didn't have enough time there though, so we'll go back and spend 2 weeks or so, then head up into Arneham Land (if we can get permits) for another 2
Maybe next year.
What's the best time of year to go?

North of Adamstown & walk in only - no vehicle access. That's a tree trunk in foreground, not a road.

About time this thread was bumped along and became active again.

So here's another clue - the hut was rebuilt about 2006 after fires destroyed the original. Oh and by thr way, when I said it was north of Adamsfield I meant the other side of Bass Strait - VicHigh country actually.
