If your in the area, it’s a fantastic spot to see, especially when the water is up. But when it’s down like now, it’s cool to see exactly where the river flows.

Dunno where it is exactly, but if it helps someone else, it's in an area susceptible to storm damage, as demonstrated by the SES tarp on the roof.[bigwhistle]
The old boiler could do with a lick of paint, too.

I was going to say, the owners will be cranky when they see someone has been and covered up their name on the roof [wink11]

Actually if you know your alphabet I think theres enough of the letters sticking out from under the 'tarp' to figure out the name.
