I doubt it was there last time I was. I recall that they were redeveloping the Information centre last time I was in town.
Can I pass the baton back to you Xtreme, as I don't have any photos available to post.

You are correct, both the clock and the statue were put there as part of the Information Centre redevelopment in April 2013.

I feel it's undeserved to take the baton back but in the interests of keeping this thread alive I'll submit the following -

That would have been guess number 5, you know I can't say I even noticed that clock and you know the sad part, I have been either in it or over the road from it doing laundry at least 10 or 15 times

Thinking Omeo, but not sure the valley is wide enough.

Not Omeo or Kiewa.
You need to cross the border in a northerly direction.
Buchan was pretty much on the correct longitude.
