Im going to throw Daly Waters out there, they put on a Rodeo / Gymkhana

can't be too far from Katherine because there are two Katherine based businesses advertising in one of your photos , being M&K Electrical and Northern Stock Water

Not Daly Waters, the nearest town of note would be Katherine approx. 250 Km away.
