Thread: Big Money

I was at the local Car Club meeting last night and a number of the older blokes were at a clearance sale at Gunnedah recently where a S11A SWB Hardtop was auctioned for over $30,000

It was evidently a 1962 diesel in very good nick, but that sort of money shocked the hell out of me.

Did anyone from here go and does anyone know more about this vehicle?

A 351 Fairmont GS of '80's vintage also sold for over $70,000.

maybe it was another one of those D' LLama driven ones
