BULLDOZED IT SHUT
The bastards have shut that track and graded some of the others and closed afew others that we were going to do.
Was up there yesterday with mick, franticly trying to locate good tracks in the area near Powelltown, all the tracks are to neat.
micks looking for more today..
If he does not find any we only have about 1.5 hours (if that) of driving some great tracks.
Thats if they are not doing any work on them during the week.

i think its prep to send in the logging trucks, micks going to ring the ranger in that area to see if any more gates or closures will be going on this week.

There is really nothing left that is much of a challange.
Most of the tracks in the Yarra state forest between Yarra Junction and Warburton.
Cant remember the names as I dont have map here.
Only main roads there now it would seem and they have even chucked down road base on some of those

Walkers i suppose would still be there as they cant flatten rocks
Hopefully the person you went with does know the track names as I dont want to waste my w/e away

Ring the ranger up there
as i dont want to be the one to have to tell you the bad news.
But i think their gone..
I know one of the tracks had one hell of a climb with big rocks as you come out of creek which had about a 2mtr vertical entrance to it. Depending on which way you come from.
Start or end near a wood mill.
This is the one they have dozed shut.
