    fixed and sticky topics

    8) well while the big moderators are doing the clean up,
can we get the fixed and sticky topics sorted out,
i think incs statement should stay, but not be a thread just a stand alone statement, and probably the others arn't necessary,
i get sick of all the fixed topics filling up the front page of general.
    what do you reckon?

They do take up a lot of space although there does need to be a place for important messages but not let them go so long as to lose their impact.
