    An update....

    OK Boys & Girls,

    I'm getting closer to taking delivery of the truck. I got a call from the guys at customs house today, they needed a little bit of extra information but once that was supplied they cleared me through. 8)

    So, all I now need do is clear Quarantine and then I'll have her in my hot little hands. My shipping guy recons that I'll have her by Friday (assuming Quarantine don't want her steam cleaned).

    Then, it's onto the RWC and get the reg sorted....

    I think it's going to be "touch & go" having her ready for the weekend.

    Hey... I've already steam cleaned it 3 times and waxoiled the underneath in black. It took me 'kin ages to get her clean (Steve's seen the before photos...)

    I'm just paranoid that they'll find something & then charge me a fortune for the pleasure cleaning it for me!!!!!

    it aint free by any stretch if the behave like they do up here... $700 to do a few trailers they had already done once before [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.gif[/img]

    When I imported my Jag from the UK, AQIS made me get it steam cleaned even though it was cleaned properly by the shipping company before leaving - however the AQIS cleaning job at their offices - after I drove the car from the docks to their office - half way across town was bit of a joke - guess they had to tick off the box.

    So you have to get the 110 registered in Victoria? - you cannot drive it on your UK rego and licence - I guess as if you would if you were driving around Europe?

    that cost more than double what it did the second time if my memory serves me right..

    Hi Gazz,

    If I want to get any kind of insurance cover, I need to get it registered. If I could get insurance cover without the reg then I wouldn't bother!
