Had this issue on my ipad, but in the laptop is ok.

What device causes the trouble?

my pc kept freezing every time i got 1/2 way through a page on gumtree, i uninstalled firefox and installed chrome, problem solved

I had this problem on my Samsung tablet when I was looking at boats.

Interested to hear what the fix is.

I used to get this on the laptop when I went over my monthly limit and the download speed slowed, it would eventually move onto the next pic but took ages. Ebay was worse than Gumtree. Do you have an up to date browser?

Ahhhhh that could be it, loaded plus 7 last week so my wife could see the second last episode of Downton Abbey before the series finished. However, ebay is working fine and speed is ok.

Exactly the same problem that I'm having with Glumtree, everything else-bay is working fine.
