I was once told you don't sell Fords by rubbishing Holdens.

Apparently the Tojo, Patrol, Pajero brigade do not abide by this adage.

Both my Defenders have taken me to some of the most remote places in Australia with the Edjits and yes they, like any other piece of machinery when pushed in extreme circumstances will break and I did have some faults but none that were a failure to proceed and as always they got me home.

As I have posted before the most classic one was on the Developmental Road heading to The Cape we were on the same UHF channel as some Toyota drivers and overheard them say "Gee look at those Defenders. Didn't think they would make it this far".

After owning Defenders for a while now it is like water off a duck's back and as previously stated, people who want to constantly bag other people's vehicles are not people I would have as friends.
