You should ask them for the correct tracking number and they should go to Aust post web site and put in inquiry with Aust post asking where the parcel is. Note this can take up to 10 days for them to get back with an answer after they do a search. Heather

The change of tracking number generally means AP have passed it onto Startrack, try the number there.

When we were getting our iSi bike carrier delivered it was delivered in 2 parcels. The first one was the box and the second one was the steel tubing. Posted together delivered on different days.

The first parcel was dropped at our nearest post office with a ticket left in the letterbox. The second parcel had a ticket left stating it had been dropped at Armadale post office. When I rang Australia post they confirmed it was at Armadale. I asked if it could be moved due to the inconvenience to go get it and was advised it was only 12km and I had to go there to collect it.

I then rang Startrack who had delivered it and they confirmed it was at Armadale as well and said once Austpost had signed for it, it couldn't be moved. After being stonewalled I hung up and we decided we would go to our nearest post office to see if they could do anything and lo and behold there was our parcel even though the post office computer said it wasn't.

My suggestion is that maybe the parcel isn't where the computer says it is.

So 3 days later and tracking shows no movement, called customer circus and they say its still within the time frame for standard service .
BUT they cant locate it and said if it doesnt turn up by Wednesday then contact the seller and get them to lodge an inquiry/dispute.

Hi you know once the seller lodge an inquiry it will take another 10 days until the seller get any answer from Aust post after the do a search. Was it express or registered or normal parcel with tracking. You can do a delivery times on there web site by using the sellers post code and yours to see if Aust post is right. Hope it turns up, on the ad what was the delivery time they stated. Hope you paid by paypal, do not let it drag on to long as you only have limited time to put in a claim. Do not let the seller drag it over the time. Heather

If you do not receive it this week I would put in a claim with paypal.
They seem to do not care about you and stating the 22/5 will be delivered and today is the 26/5. Where do they get off saying that, if it was us we would have be all over it last week, you do not let your customers hang in the air like that. Heather

So far here in Tasmania I have not have a bad experience with Australian Post.
The tracking system and updates works spot on.
