East Freo, do a Google search for The Timber Bloke. He has a portable band saw for cutting logs.

G day East Freo, build your own .OR wait til next year and I will come and build one ,
Lucas mills are good but limited, same for chainsaw mill. Build circular saw bench, breaking down , carriage, trolleys powered by tractor PTO or belt pulley or old truck or tractor engine, much more versatile, cut on the face, cut on the quarter, scantling beams ,boards.
Less expense initially, and last forever.

I'll give a vote for the Lucas Mill as well . Seen a few in operation & all did a great job . Cutting slabs or timber
My vote is for a Hardwood Mills band saw

Yeah if all you want to do longer term is cut posts then definitely contract out the decking work and look at a chainsaw guide set up for posts. Check out what the redgum boys do.
Don't forget your decking timber will need to be dressed as well once dried.
And check your local clearing laws :-)
