In about 3 years time my Defender will be up to around 120,000 and the lease will be finished, so going for one of these beauts will be good. 6-speed auto has to be better economy, quicker, quieter at speed...a worthwhile upgrade methinks plus all the other little things. And if the payload, space and suspension are kept the same that'd be great.
BTW I've now seen a coil D3, air D3 and Defender go over exactly the same articulation track and I can say the Defender definitely does it the easiest. Significantly greater travel.
Glad to see that they are still looking to keep the same basic style, that is one of the reasons why it is popular over here. The farmers, timber fellars etc, do not have to vacume the carpet and oil the leather seats
