    Rover Self Recovery

Have you been following the progress of the two rovers?

It seems that off road hazards exist on Mars as well.

I take it you haven't been across all the rubbishing (due to this) of Rovers on the Overlander and other fora?

    No Ron.

Not missing much I guess

Although if I was inclined I would have made two points:

    1. Where are the more capable Japanese recovery vehicles? (still on earth)

    2. The rovers have exceeded the anticipated life expectancy by more than twice the expected mission duration.

Hey! I could use a variation of that on the Overlander thread. For example: "You'll note it was Rover that was sent on the mission, not a Nissan or Toyota", etc.

Rover Opportunity is out. Deflating the tyres was not an option, no snatch strap or winch and not a toyota in sight:

And there is a word there for Ron
