My next door neighbour is a ham radio enthusiast. According to him, they are given info about sun spots, etc, because that influences the frequencies they use. Now, our old long range forecasters used sun spots to predict rain. My neighbour says we are in for some rain here from tomorrow. We'll see , I guess, Bob
