Just got Foxtel,..Just for V8 Supercars!

Yep, after months of delliberating, & cursing V8 Supercars for putting the major part of their telecasts on Foxtel, I had it installed yesterday. One hour highlights just wasn't doing it for me.
So, I got a $25 sport package, with free equipment & free installation. I had a 200Gb Telstra package which I wasn't fully using, so Telstra dropped it to 100Gb, consequently Foxtel is costing me an extra $5/month,...good value,..for me anyway.
Had our first "issue" last night,...the remote "locked up",...couldn't use the program screen,....fixed by phone call this morning, apparently a common glitch we're told?
Was able to watch TWO episodes of "Sons" last night, so all is good,..can't wait for tomorrow!

Pickles2 big difference from one hour highlights to 8 hours a day for three days, ENJOY, I know I have, and the footy no bloody ads

Yet to weaken.
I watch little TV so cant justify it on poor TV shows(Foxtel aint much better).
Have lost interest in the taxi racing due to the poor coverage,refused to go to Barbagalo this year in protest!!!!
Just when the Fords have come good too,towling up the red bloods

I also got it for the Formula One - which is fantastic coverage. Very glad about all the other motor racing that Foxtel are now showing though, it's a splendid thing.

Might do the same myself ! , freeview have not got the time slot for the good stuff , but shouldn't complain too much after all we have ,
My kitchen rules
Reno rumble
Married at first sight
Master chef
House rules
And a whole lot of other exciting stuff , surviver etc
To keep us riveted to the TV .
Maybe Foxtell might be the go after all $25 aint to bad toget coverage of V8 supercars .

I've had it on sinse 9.00am this morning,.....it's very very good.
I'm not watching it all the time of course but TCM quali has been on, good interviews with Russel & Skaifey, & a heap of other stuff,..1st practise for V8 S/C about to start....so yeah, the deal with no instal / equipment costs is a ripper, and of course you do get heaps of other channels as well!

I just had a quick look.From what I see,thru Telstra you pay $25 per month then pay again for Sport etc on top of entertainment,which make it $50+ per month depending on upgrades.
Can you confirm????,I have Testra for broadband and mobiles.

Nope,...$25 p.m. "Sport/Entertainment Supreme", ..NO instal or Equipment costs which are all FREE.....gotta be a bargain I reckon.
Watched it "most" not all of the day today!!..Brilliant coverage,..almost too much, if that is possible!!!
