Yeah all those Blues cashed up from selling their McMansions for inflated prices are definitely going to lower the tone of the neighborhood.
There is a 5000 lot estate happening at Rochedale, so they will probably go there, crammed into tiny lots without backyards.

Had to clean the gutters. Did that and then had a look at the roof. It was snow while when new. Not now. Out with the pressure washer to clean the roof, how hard can it be?
Not hard at all, but with a Mickey Mouse pressure washer you’re cleaning at most an inch at a time. Took most of the day to get this far. It’s gratifying to do a job were you can see results. Just got to get the energy to finish the job.

What is more annoying, the sound of the gutless little scoots favoured by the food delivery brigade , the rev til redlined sports bikes or the up and down on the throttle Harley s ? I am getting a bit tired of these. There seems to be noise regs for cars and trucks . Whatever the vehicle I really don't want to hear every one.
My vote is for the Harleys.( read also any big 45 degree V twin. Not a melodious configuration.) Well the ones with straight through exhaust at any rate. They all visit my neck of the woods on Friday and Saturday nights.
I think I'm being punished for my noisy youth.
I live on a stretch of derestricted road which has the only overtaking straight for several miles in either direction.
I don't mind the big lazy reving bike engines but the 18,000 rpm Japanese beasts on full throttle must be breaking every noise pollution rule in the book.
....but there's no-one there to measure it or stop them. [bigsad]
Would be nice to shove a stick into the front wheel and let them go for a ride. Worked on the bully and other pin heads on their bikes in grade school.
The deep exhaust sounds annoy me much more than the high-pitched sounds.
I prefer the screaming of a Jap 1000 with race pipes but also enjoy a Harley with no pipes. :)
Get a lot of them around here on the weekends - sweet music to my ears. [bigrolf]
