Well quite an interesting thread.
Sorry to hear so many here are suffering the dry!

As for chemtrails well they spray that crap over our heads here in Churchill also.
At times criss crossing the skies for no apparent reason.
Only one airport around here and there no where near it.
Often you can see where they turn this stuff off and on!
Recently there was a bit of public uproar over it given it was so obvious.
Planes circling around and criss crossing over head at high altitude.
They later claimed the plane (2 by the way but they admit one) was being put in holding pattern because of issues at tulla airport.
Um tulla airport is like 200kms from here lol.
So i think there story was fill for the papers.

Anyway back on topic.
I used to live in Merbein near Mildura so are used to the dry.
Hope things change for you guys.

So how about instead of dancing about, you try to clearly state what you really believe:

1. Chemtrails are a sinister plot by the Illuminati to change the climate and rot your brains with aluminium.

2. Contrails are an unfortunate side effect of ubiquitous plane travel and can have real effects on the appearance of the sky and also on ground temperatures due to the change of cloud cover.

The latter has some evidence for and against it, the former IMHO is just unsupported scare mongering for the uneducated.

Probably should point out that most contrails do not originate from the exhaust of the engines, but from condensation that is the result of the pressure reduction in airflow over the wings and structure (especially wing tips and engine nacelles) in atmosphere that is already close to the dewpoint.

Really? That's good to hear.
They predicted rain here last night and today. It was cloudy this morning. A few spots appeared on the windscreen but it didn't make it to the ground.
Fine and sunny this afternoon. Quite warm in the sun. I saw a couple of chicky babes dressed in bikinis under big t-shirts and thongs on their feet.
Oh, and my roses are blooming.

Spring is here.

I actually got rained off my re roof job today at lunch time :eek:
and the amount of times in Central Vic that I have been rained off I can count on one hand !

as a side note it did give me time to swap out my new crank angle sensor with much help from the great guys here ... so a rainy afternoon had 2 upsides to it !!! :arms:

I hope it pours !! our 2 dams here are only carrying about 3 ft of water ... :eek:

My ducks will leave home if we run out !! lololol


BTW Mick .. I am glad you found the pic in my huge pic post , with my misses on her broom stick chasing Chemtrails ....

Got some rain here this afternoon, but I doubt it reached the forecast 10-15mm, and I have not checked the gauge yet. Supposed to rain again tomorrow, but I'll be very surprised if the amount is significant.

Wow!
We've just had a couple of hours of rain. I had to use the wipers on the Landy twice.
Got home and checked the rain gauge. Almost half a mm.

Must have been the chemtrails from all the B17 bombers during WW2 70 years ago finally taking effect and making it rain.
They have been doing this along time in secret....... Naughty government.
